Welcome to Bella Flor Jewellery. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website bellaflorjewellery.co.uk and the purchase of our handmade cord bracelets and bespoke jewellery. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Our Products
Bella Flor Jewellery specialises in bespoke, hand-knotted cord bracelets crafted using premium-grade materials. Each piece is individually handmade and may display slight natural variations — this is a hallmark of genuine handcrafted jewellery and not a defect. Product images on our website are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Custom Orders & Commissions
- Custom and bespoke orders are accepted via our contact form, WhatsApp, or email. All details (cord colour, size, metallic accents, etc.) must be confirmed in writing before production begins.
- A deposit may be required to secure your custom order. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.
- Once production has begun on a custom piece, we are unable to accept changes to the agreed specification.
- Estimated production times will be communicated at the point of order. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
- Custom and personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Payments
- Payment is required in full at the time of purchase for standard orders, unless a deposit arrangement has been agreed for custom pieces.
- We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, and other methods as listed at checkout.
- All prices are listed in British pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not received or a transaction is disputed fraudulently.
Cancellations
- Standard (non-custom) orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been dispatched.
- Custom orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via bellaflorjewellery@outlook.com or WhatsApp.
Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across the UK. International shipping may be available — please contact us to enquire.
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
- Shipping costs will be confirmed at the point of purchase.
- Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate — we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to an incorrect address being provided.
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
- We want you to love your Bella Flor Jewellery piece. If you are not satisfied with a standard (non-custom) item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
- Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in original packaging where possible.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Custom, bespoke, and personalised pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Intellectual Property
- All content on our website — including images, text, product designs, and branding — is owned by Bella Flor Jewellery and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
- You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bella Flor Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
